At 0202 Candle Studio, each candle is lovingly handcrafted in small batches and sustainably packaged with intention of every piece to reach you exactly as we envisioned it. Due to the handmade and personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal preference.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size or scent selection
• Personal preference or dissatisfaction with scent
Please choose carefully before placing your order.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS - EXCEPTIONS
We stand behind the quality of our handmade candles. However, we understand that sometimes damage occurs during shipping.
If your candle arrives broken or damaged, we will gladly provide a replacement under the following conditions:
• A complete unboxing video showing the package in its original condition and the damage must be provided
• The claim must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the package
• The outer packaging and candle must be visible in the video
